"I made and appointment with Mathew at Hearco when it opened near to where I live.Mathew is very patient and reassuring and explains everything in very clear terms. I found the wax removal and testing easy and new hearing aids were ready in a few days.Fitting and testing were straightforward. I have now been wearing them continuously by day for 3 weeks.My hair reaches down to ear level and the aids are so small as to be invisible and so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them. Mathew showed me how to maintain and clean them properly, which is easy and they pop into their little charging box overnight. I was anxious and uncertain when I first made the appointment but now am completely reassured. I cannot recommend Hearco and Mathew too highly."

The discomfort was minimal I feel that Matthew’s calm confidence and awareness helped immensely. After there was a free ear test.
